Open Market Transactions

We determine the value of any property that is the subject of a sale, purchase or lease transaction, so that any of the parties for whom we act will be able to take a well informed investment decision.

External Financing-Mortgages

We determine the worth of a prospective borrower’s interest in a property intended for use as collateral security for a loan/credit facility.

Insurance

We advise the insurer and the insured on the value of any asset to be insured. This forms the basis for determination of the premium to be paid and the limit of claims.

Property Rating

We assist rating authorities (local or state governments) prepare a comprehensive valuation list comprising of all the rateable properties in their area. We also act on behalf of corporate organizations and private individuals to determine the value of their properties for the purpose of assessing the rates payable on it.
